The library at Midland Middle School strives to be a place that is welcoming and friendly to all students.  Our Media Center’s Policies are as follows:

 

  • Students may have up to two (2) books/magazines checked out at a time.

  • The loan period for books/magazines is two weeks and the due date is stamped in the back of the book.

  • There is no monetary penalty for overdue books, but students must check out “Loaner Books” if they have a book that is overdue.

  • Students are responsible for the cost of all books checked out in their name.

  • The library closes each day at 4:00 PM.  The Media Center can remain open later upon special request.

The library catalog can be assessed from any computer with the internet.  From the above link, click on the word “Catalog.”  Patrons can search here by subject, titles, series, keywords, as well as interest level.
